Force measurements (29.5.08):
  • 8 kg at 4 Tesla perpendicular
  • 8 kg at 5 Tesla parallel
It seems that most of the force is induced by a steel ring on the valve before the detector tank.

How the distance has to be measured. In this example the distance is around 400 mm.
