How to call tecs from a Windows computer
- ReflectionX and putty has to be installed
- Start putty, enable X11 Forwarding (Under "Connection-SSH-Tunnels").
Save this as Default Setting (Under "Session", click on "Default Settings"
and "Save")
- In ReflectionX make a client file (Menu Connection->New Local Connection,
EXE-file: putty, Parameters: lnsg@lnsl15) and save it on the desktop.
- double-click on the saved file, enter the password and then your name
on demand (the first time you have to confirm to make a directory)
- enter the command "tecs prep1", "tecs dmc" or the like.
- if you want to change parameters in tecs (like the setpoint), you
have to enter rwacs to get write access. Do this only, when you are
sure what you do.
