To create a new page, edit the page where you want to
insert a link to your new page. Insert a link to your new
page, as described in the quick help below the edit window.
Example:
...
For reference, see [MyNewPage]
...
Then save this page, and click on the question mark after
the link. An edit window for your new page will appear,
you are ready to enter the text of your new page.
